Usage
Specially designed for PE zip lock bags, the hot cutting zip lock bag making machine, RFQ-500E can meet various special demands of PE zip lock bags. We have equipped this machine with the ultrasonic device, and abnormal knives. Hence, it can make a variety of bags, such as saddle bags, grape bags, refrigeration bags, abnormal bags, and more.

Features
1. The hot spot zip lock bag making machine can be additionally fitted with ultrasonic unit and various abnormal knives as per customers' requirements. It is adopted for making saddle bags, grape bags, and refrigeration bags, to name a few.
2. With computer control system, Panasonic frequency control and Yaskawa servo motor, our hot spot zip lock bag making machine boasts stable performance and can make high quality bags.
3. This machine adopts the reinforced silicon conveyer whose thickness is 5mm in order to suit the needs of the thick zipper strip section of the zip lock bags. The silicon conveyor combines with the embossing aluminum plate to seal the bags in a firm, neat and beautiful manner.
4. With internationally advanced steel shaft linear bearing bars, the hot cutting zip lock bag making machine avoids the damage or deformation of the transmission chaining parts caused by a shortage of oil, which may affect the quality of the bags.
